Consultation Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

 

2. No-show
Missed appointments without prior cancellation may be charged, and future bookings may be restricted.

 

3. Punctuality
Please arrive on time (ideally 10–15 minutes early).

 

4. Preparation
Some examinations may require specific preparation. You will be informed in advance if applicable.
